When will my order ship?

Orders ship on the Monday, Wednesday or Friday after your order is placed by 1PM PST the previous day and you have received confirmation email. If you didn't receive a confirmation email after your order is placed please follow up with the contact button.

What is your return & exchange policy?

All products are final sale.

Shipping

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Shipping

Available. Customer is responsible for any additional fees imposed via customs of their receiving country. These fees are not collected upon placement of your order and are collected in your respective country.

Customs forms will not be adjusted to display "gift" or lower amount to avoid these fees. Shipping is automated.

If a package is returned to due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

Should your item not make it to its final destination for whatever reason and has not been marked as delivered by the USPS, we will replace your item with signature confirmation of receipt or issue a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks to ensure item's delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for items which have been marked as delivered. Please contact USPS to locate the parcel with the tracking number provided.

Items that are damaged in transit will be replaced, provided you contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return shipping label.
