When will my order ship? 

Orders ship within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Please note all clothing and glassware ship within a 7-10 business day window. If you didn't receive a confirmation email after your order is placed please follow up with us via the contact button.

 

What is your return & exchange policy?

We allow for even exchange or store credit.

All sale products are final sale. 

 

Items that arrive damaged will be replaced, provided you contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return shipping label.

Shipping

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Lost Items

Should your item not make it to its final destination for whatever reason and has not been marked as delivered by the USPS, we will replace your item with signature confirmation of receipt or issue a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks to ensure item's delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for items which have been marked as delivered. Please contact USPS to locate the parcel with the tracking number provided.
