COVID-19

COVID-19 has affected all aspects of life as we know it. Due to these changes, we'd like to provide a few updates.

FULFILLMENT 

All orders ship via USPS. We are maintaining our regular shipping days of Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Please allow up to 5 business days for all other non-made-to-order items to be fulfilled. (but typically will get these orders out sooner)

SHIPPING

USPS has disclosed they are experiencing heavy delays due to COVID-19 which has limited transportation availability.

What this means for you:

EXTENDED SHIPPING TIMES

First Class Mail (US-only) has been extended 3-4 business days.

Priority Mail (US-only) has been extended to 2-4 business days. 

Please contact customer service if not received 5 or more days after mailing date. We will file a claim on your behalf to locate your package.

DELAYED TRACKING UPDATES

Please allow for up to 3 business days for the USPS website to update any shipping movement for your provided tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

First Class International Mail 

Please allow additional time for shipping. The average international shipping time is 2-3 weeks.

Priority Mail Express International

As of March 23, 2020, USPS has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International service items destined for the following European countries:

  • France
  • Great Britain
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
